Registration
Registration for the main conference starts at 8:30am, with the conference scheduled to start at 9:00am. Please collect your delegate badge and conference literature from the desk on arrival, which will be the main information point for the event and will be manned throughout the day.
 
Languages
All presentations and discussions will be held in English. Unfortunately, there will not be any translation facilities available.

Electrical Appliances
The electric voltage in Belgium is the EU standard of 230V/50 Hz.

Belgian Entry Visas
Participants requiring a visa in order to enter Belgium are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling.  Unfortunately, we are not able to provide individual invitation letters to support visa applications therefore, please use your registration confirmation email to support your visa application..
